GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

When will my order be processed?
TAGLIONI ships from New York, NY and Chinese Warehouse. All US domestic orders and shipments will be processed and shipped via USPS or Fedex within 2-3 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. All international orders will be shipped via DHL/FEDEX express within 5-7 business days, pending payments authorization and verification. We will ship items from our Chinese warehouse once the products are out of stocks from our New York warehouse by using DHL/FEDEX express, delivery within 3-7 business days. TAGLIONI delivers worldwide.
 
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? (USA)
Orders placed on Monday - Thursday before 3PM PST (excluding holidays) will be processed in 3-5 business days upon purchase date.
Orders placed Friday - Sunday (excluding major holidays) will be processed on the following Monday. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. Orders will be shipped via DHL/FEDEX/USPS express.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ( EXCEPT CHINA )
International orders will be shipped via DHL/FEDEX express shipping unless notified otherwise. DHL/FEDEX typically takes 5 business days to arrive, international shipping costs vary with shipping location.

TAXES & DUTIES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country [“ import Fees”]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and responsible for all import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from TAGLIONI, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to TAGLIONI.
 
* TAGLIONI is not reliable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen/ Lost packages are nonrefundable. Any questions please contact taglioniofficial@gmail.com and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.

How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx. Upon shipment, you will receive a notification email to inform you that your order is on the way along with tracking information.

Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages
 

Return & Exchange

 
If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (they don’t fit, have an imperfection, or just clash with your dog) you can submit your return for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email taglioniofficial@gmail.com to start your return.
 
*Refunds are always issued to store credit
*Hold onto your return tracking #, we can't look up your return without it
*It can take up to 7 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received
*Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order
 
WHAT ISN’T ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
There are some item(s) we don’t take back:
 
*Anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging and tags
*For hygienic reasons, all swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
*Shoes that are dirty, scuffed, worn or returned with missing or damaged boxes
*Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits without their lining cus that would be gross
*Pierced jewelry, cosmetics, perfume or other beauty products where the packaging was removed
 
CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
Yes, you can place another order for the item(z) or size(z) you need with your store credit! We'll always email you when your credit is in your account so you can shop ASAP.
 
HOW DO I SEND BACK MY RETURN?
Click RETURN HERE below from main page. Print your return instructions, label and packing slip and follow these 3 easy steps to send back your return, totally FREE US domestically( customers need to pay for the shipping outside US):
 
*Affix your shipping label to your return.
*Pack up your return & packing slip.
*Drop off your return at a USPS or FedEx location.
 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Processing returns takes up to 7 business days after they are delivered to our warehouse, so please be a little patient with us, we will get to your return ASAP cus we wanna make ya happy! DUHHH!
 
WHEN IS MY STORE CREDIT AVAILABLE?
As soon as we process your return, we'll send you a confirmation email that store credit was issued. Your store credit is under the same email your order was placed with.
 
I GOT MY ORDER AND SOMETHING'S WRONG, WHAT DO I DO?
Oh nooo! If you've received your order and something's wrong we need to know within 5 days. Don't wait a month BB, we won't be able to help. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect send us a pic!
